Rokka Golf Day 2019

Where: Foster Golf Links Located 15 minutes south of Seattle, Foster Golf Links meanders alongside the Duwamish River in Tukwila. Opened in 1925, it was one of the first public golf courses on the west coast. The layout has a classic links design with tight fairways and undulating greens. The river comes into play on several holes. Foster has a blend of straightforward holes and challenging holes, making it accessible for players of all skill levels. Foster is recognized as a rewarding and fun course that is easy to walk. 

Arrival/Start Time: Please arrive by 9am to allow time to check-in, pay fees, find out which team you are on, and do any last-minute practicing. We will have a check-in desk. First tee time will be 10am and the rest of our 4-somes will tee off 8 minutes apart. Assemble for group photo at 9:50am near first tee. 

Format: 4-person scramble. We will set-up the teams striving to make them even. There will be several on-course competitions as well. 

Entry Fee: $50. The cost covers green fees, goodie bag, spam musubi, and bottled water for all participants and prizes for team and individual competition winners. Power carts if desired can be rented from the course for $15/player (please arrange on your own on the day of the event). 

19th Hole: We’ll have an area reserved at their onsite restaurant Billy Baroo’s after our rounds are complete. Share stories from the course, find out who are the winners, and enjoy some snacks and refreshments to cool down.
